Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Bearings (once opened/used)
- Inline Skate Brake Pads (if installed or used)
- Protective Gear (helmets, elbow pads if used or removed from packaging)
These exceptions align with industry standards for safety equipment and consumable components.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same product in a different size/color:
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
