We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve skaters worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skating gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bearings (once opened or used)
  • Inline Skate Brake Pads (if installed or used)
  • Protective Gear (helmets, elbow pads if used or removed from packaging)

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval/rejection within 3-5 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For size/color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship the replacement after receiving your return
  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error
  • Price differences must be paid for higher-value replacements
